FITNESS ROOM
Open all times facility is open. Physical Education classes will be using the fitness room at the times listed below. Members are still welcome to use the fitness room, but it may be crowded.
November 3rd – November 25th 7:47 – 10:50
December 1st – December 23rd 11:24 – 2:24
Mon. Wed. & Fri. 2:30 – 3:30 Small groups throughout the school year.
Remember:
· Please sign-in @ front desk.
· Wipe down machines after use.
· All fitness center hours are for young adults and adults.

TRACK
Open most times facility is open except for special events, please check gymnasium schedule for times.
Remember:
· Youths must be walking with adult supervision.
· Pass to outside.
· If walking with two or more people, please pass to outside.

SPA/SAUNA· Open all times pool is open. Please check pool schedule for times. Lifeguard must be on-duty to use spa/sauna area.
· Under 16 years of age must have an adult 18 years or older accompany them in Spa/Sauna. No one under the age of 13 allowed in the hot time for any reason.
· Please ask front desk to turn Spa/Sauna on.
· Public Swim users are prohibited to use Spa/Sauna.

RACQUETBALL/HANDBALL COURT
· Court is open at all times.
· Members have first choice for use of court.
· Non-members may use court if not in use by a member. They must pay the daily fee for usage.
· You may reserve court times one week prior to your day/time. Only members can reserve the court.
· Equipment is available for use (racquets, ball, eye goggles, etc.)
· Protective eye goggles are mandatory.
· Court time limited to 40 minutes. Please sign-in at front desk.
