meetings that occur over the course of the school

By the end of the year teachers will have completed 80 hours of

What does a Reading Coach do?
Teacher

Help identify
resources, promote discovery, give authority to and empower others to
take on new challenges
and transfer technical expertise
Manager
~
Set goals and
parameters, establish meeting times and testing schedules, track
status,
ensure the completion of learning
activities
Facilitator
~
Help build team
dynamics, enable open and honest communications, summarize,
and provide feedback
Mentor
~
Share common
experiences, provide guidance, engage in active and empathetic
listening
